We greatly enjoyed stunning and good location of this place.
The hotel was simple, and we got a nice room. Booked a room with magnificent views by mountains. Had an electric kettle and a fridge at our disposal. Location: the property was just off the Black Grouse Waterfall hike and the Black Rock Lake hike, Georgia's first registered national park and mountains from one side. Furthermore, right next to hiking trails. The service was friendly and the pool was good...

The rooms were beautiful and came with coffee, an electric kettle, and a fridge. The location was fantastic, with convenient access to a store, the Lagodekhi Reserve administration building, and the trailheads for the Black Grouse Waterfall and Black Rock Lake hikes, as well as Georgia's first registered national park. It was also close to a nature reserve.

The hotel was located just a few steps away from the entrance to the nature reserve, which was perfect for our hiking plans. We also loved the spacious and well-tended garden, as well as the large swimming pool, which was an enjoyable retreat after our walks. The breakfast was ample and filling with plenty of options to eat.
The hotel lacked soundproofing which made it impossible for us to rest peacefully at night due to the loud noise from the neighbouring rooms and outside. The room was quite basic and lacked decoration, and the smell from the sewer was unpleasant.

The location was ideal, right next to the park, and the garden and pool were stunning. The cottages were charming, cozy, and impeccably clean. We also appreciated the option to have meals delivered to different areas of the property. The hotel even let us do our laundry for free, which was a nice bonus.
Although the hotel had a great pool, the constant loud music was a bit too much. It made it difficult to enjoy some quiet time or listen to an audiobook.
